Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do! Just make sure you select the correct country during checkout. Duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer once the order arrives in customs.
How long does an order take to deliver?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order to be processed and shipped. Then it can take up to 7 business days for the order to arrive. This applies to all orders that do not include pre-ordered products.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Because our fulfillment team moves fast to ship out your order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it's placed. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we'd be happy to help
What if my order says delivered but it's not here?
We're sorry! We recommend waiting a couple of days for the arrival of your package. Sometimes USPS will mark a package as delivered although it still may be in their possession and in transit. We recommend contacting the postal service to see if they
